Sustainable Human and Environmental Development Agency (SHADE) organized a capacity building training for their staff in Kenema.
The staff capacity building training aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees to improve their performance and productivity in their respective roles.
The session commenced with a warm welcome and an overview of the objectives of the training by the Field coordinator and the Technical Adviser.
The session emphasized strategies for Administrative & Human resource procurement, Finance, Agriculture and motorbike maintenance to optimize productivity. The season was done by the Board of Directors for SHADE in their various areas.
The staff capacity building training provided valuable insights and practical skills to enhance employee performance and contribute to organizational success. The diverse range of sessions and expert speakers ensured a comprehensive learning experience for all participants
